Care and Instructions:
Hand wash with mild detergents.
Do not use abrasive or harsh cleaning agents.
Dry with a soft dish cloth.
Not safe to put in a Microwave and Dishwasher.
Process:
Our Crockery, Cutlery, Serveware,Flatware and glasses are cleaned thoroughly with soap and
hot water.
Post the wash, the products and the containers are sanitized thoroughly.
All cleaning equipments – wet cloth, dry cloth etc are cleaned and disinfected after use and
prior to use on the other crockery.
Once disinfected, the crockery + containers are ready to be used for the next order.

All orders are subject to availability.
Orders need to be confirmed minimum 24 hours prior.
Orders will be confirmed on receipt of full payment.
50% Security Deposit required at the time of payment.
Security Deposit will be refunded within 3 working days subject to no damage/loss.
All sets will be displayed during delivery and will be inspected during the time of collection.
All damages to be borne by the Rentee.
Additional damage if any will be informed at the time of collection and the same needs to be
cleared immediately.
All dining sets need to be thoroughly cleaned before returning. Cleaning instructions are
attached separately.
Above mentioned terms and conditions are at the discretion of NI.NE and subject to
Mumbai Jurisdiction.
